Sunday’s Sweet Potato Fries 

Four pounds of Sweet Potato sliced up into 2 inch sticks. Doused in one tablespoon z’ataar, 1 teaspoon each of black pepper & sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 3 tablespoons chickpea flour & 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Toss together in a big bowl, spread out onto lined baking sheets & blast in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes. Then, devour.
