Blue Breakfast. Vegan Blueberry Sorbet. 

Blueberry Sorbet. Macro x5. Taken in early morning natural light. A cup of blueberries, a quarter cup of apple sauce, a little sprinkle of cinnamon & 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup stirred together, then popped into the freezer for an overnight chill. Let it sit out on the counter for 20 minutes while you go about your morning routine. 

After which you can spoon it all into a bowl pour a large mug of hot coffee and eat. Enjoy the day everyone, Aleksa.
