Vegan Coffee Tahini Ice Cream 

Sitting on the windowsill eating ice cream. Vegan Banana-Coffee Ice Cream with tahini. Take one cup chopped frozen banana, two tablespoons tahini, I used unhulled for a really nutty taste, three tablespoons strong cold coffee and blitz in a food processor using the blade attachment for three minutes until soft & smooth. Using a soft plastic spoon or spatula, scrape the sides of the bowl every 30 seconds pushing the ice cream close to the blade so all the banana is blitzed & becomes creamy & fluffy ice cream.

Spoon into a bowl, find a nice spot & eat.
